GOD first, life second. =): I feel like those words from that link you posted about the Jesus hating religion is valid. I can see where those points are highlighted, and I understand. But perhaps the author is speaking from the context of religion today—what false prophets are making it, from what luke-warm Christians are making it.

Thanks for your input! I also posted a response to the video by Kevin DeYoung from The Gospel Coalition pointing out certain strengths and weaknesses of the poem. Iron sharpening iron, boundless grace for all! :]
